Dear Young:
Your failure to respond to my most recent memorandum is noted herein.
Effective as of 9:00 AM November 22, 1999, I rescind, without prejudice, your
appointment as CAMC Councilor. As an
outcome, you have no presence and standing any more with the
CAMC Executive Committee.
The basis of this determination includes but not limited to your failure to
serve faithfully Counselor 's role, your conduct unbecoming a member
and officer, your breach of trust, your infraction of the principle of good
faith practice, your inability to remain nonpartisan, your powerlessness to
manage conflict of interest, your willingness to desert an organisational
responsibility and duty in favour of your private and personal interests,
your incapability to deal with a minimally, at best, complicated situation,
your failure to claim responsibility and consequences, your reckless disregard
for accountability and your failure to show cause why you failed and sabotaged
the captioned event, let alone the damage and injury that you have volitionally
caused CAMC to suffer. For these and other reasons, I am no longer able to continue to rely on you and, therefore, find you unfit to serve the office of Counselor. Thank you.
